Personal ENT Coordinator
In this position you will serve as the liaison between those patients assigned to you and Chesapeake Bay ENT. The duties assigned to this position are numerous and varied. They fall into the both the traditional front office and back office categories Generally, you are responsible for ensuring that all of the non-practitioner tasks required to treat your patients are satisfactorily completed. These include but are not limited to registering, checking in and out of patients, taking and documenting their medical histories, documenting the patient visit in the electronic medical record, ordering, assisting the provider in procedures and scheduling any required services which occur outside of our office and scheduling follow up visits to our office.
Training will be provided in several of our offices to provide you with a comprehensive training experience. Demonstration of competence for all required duties will be required prior to your being assigned patients to care for independent of your trainers. Travel for training is required.
